On the first Sunday of every month Ekudeni, situated on the "wedding mile" in Muldersdrift, west of Johannesburg proudly presents South African singer and musician Nicole.

This accomplished singer/songwriter and musician is a sensational and versatile performer. During her performance at Ekudeni she interacts with her audience and as a result her sets often last longer than planned.

In today's "I am bored already" world, it is a tribute to her skills as a performer and a musician that she continues to be requested by guests visiting Ekudeni.

Nicole, who has been singing since she was fourteen, has made sure that her repertoire includes both her own original material as well as cover versions of much loved favourites like"Mack the Knife", "Midnight Special", and "Special Star".

While guests enjoy a traditional Ekudeni buffet lunch they are entertained by Nicole's comprehensive repertoire which includes Jazz, Pop, African, Country, French, Rock and Afrikaans music.

Not only will guests be entertained by her vocal skills but they will be amazed by her talents as an instrumentalist. Nicole accompanies herself on flute, soprano and alto sax.

At Ekudeni Nicole can be found performing either at the poolside in front of the main buildings or at the quirky Zonki "Shebeen" situated at the corner of the property.

The venue for each performance is chosen about a week in advance. This allows Ekudeni to inform guests of the venue when they call in to book. (These Sunday buffets are extremely popular and booking is essential)

Ekudeni is a family venue and children under supervision, are most welcome.

The completion of the new open sided structure next to the Zonki "Shebeen" offers Nicole and lunch guests another performance venue.

The lawns surrounding this structure are ideal for relaxing while enjoying Nicole's superb musical and vocal talents.

You can even take Nicole home! Well not actually, but you can purchase one or more of her CD’s that are available at each performance.
