Conferencing at Ekudeni

Ekudeni offers conference venues in Muldersdrift equipped to host any size of event. In today's modern climate of corporate belt tightening, it is refreshing to know that there is a conference venue close to both Johannesburg and Pretoria which offers conference facilities at pre-recession prices.

Ekudeni is purpose built as a conference venue as well as team building facility should you wish to join the two. We also provideaccommodation onsite in case you are too tired to drive back afterwards.

We offer six conference venues that offer seating for between 6- 700 delegates. The seating plan for each venue can be changed to accommodate the client's needs; however the number of delegates dictates the final seating arrangements. Each venue is equipped with amodern AV system which is available for hire on request.

A half-day conference Includes:

A full Day conference includes:

  • 3 tea breaks plus lunch


Overnight conference includes:

  • Accommodation, either single or sharing (28 rooms and 51 bungalows)

Zonki "Shebeen":

  • This quirky venue is great for opening or closing a conference. It can also be used as a base during team building exercises. It has its own bar and serves a traditional menu, together with the new under cover Zonki annex, it can accommodate 250 (inside & outside).
