Ekudeni - Venue for Corporate Functions

With the recession behind us and business growth and opportunities ahead, South African companies in 2010 are now moving forward with the times and are able to plan corporate events, conferences and team building functions that focus on increasing team morale as well as productivity and introducing team strategy amongst other things.

Providing for and hosting events and corporate functions like this is key and Ekudeni is one of the best venues to utilize with this in mind. This venue is in fact purpose built for conferences and team building events. Ekudeni is also perfectly located, being equidistant from both Pretoria and Johannesburg.

Corporate Conferences

Ekudeni has six purpose build conference rooms that offers seating for between 6 and 700 delegates depending on the seating arrangement. Corporate Team Building

For corporate team building activities we have a number of preferred suppliers whom we work with that are able to offer packages that are fun, sporty or even adventurous. We are also able to offer game drives to our guests on a neighbouring property.

Accommodation

Ekudeni is able to accommodate corporate function guests should there be the need to stay on overnight. Our accommodation consists of twenty-eight bedrooms of various sizes and styles. Additional accommodation is also available at five other nearby accommodation facilities.

Corporate Event Special!

Our 2010 special with regards to all corporate events and functions is that we do not charge for venue hire. All crockery, cutlery, meals and the actual set up of the venue is included in the function cost when booking and paying for any event or function with Ekudeni.

Our unique on-site restaurant - Zonki “Shebeen”

This is Ekudeni's newest venue addition and offers guests a new entertainment experience where you are able to dine on traditional indigenous food served in unique style.

This quirky venue is perfect for entertaining special guests or hosting corporate year-end functions.

Having been constructed out of reclaimed building material this venue has its very own bar and diverse menu.
