Conference venues that don’t have you digging into your pockets

Conferences are an inevitable part of business today but with the recent recession on the prowl, companies, like individuals, have had to cut back on costs.

Ekudeni understands the financial restrictions that so many companies are faced with on a daily basis. With a variety of conference venues available at pre- recession prices at Ekudeni, companies can make the most of conferencing again.

Situated 30 minutes from either Johannesburg or Pretoria, Ekudeni is set in the “wedding mile” of Muldersdrift. The purpose built conference venue is ideal for small or large conferences, accommodating between 6- 700 delegates. If need be, seating arrangements can be altered to best suit the style of the venue or preference of the host.

Guests are able to hire out modern AV equipment on request which is suitable for each conference venue on- site.

Owl Hall- 700 people maximum
Hiliti Room- 100 people maximum
Under the Tipuana- 120 people maximum
Bonnies- 40 people maximum
Stables- 120 people maximum
Vergelegen- 18 people maximum
Zonki Shebeen- 250 people maximum (inside and outside)
